All our properties are based in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, named “The Pearl of Dorset”. We focus on providing idyllic holiday accommodation in close proximity to the centre of Lyme to ensure guests can stay in superb locations.
Jurassic Properties is a family run business, local to Lyme Regis and has extensive experience in renovating properties. We truely want our guests to have their best holiday possible and strongly believe high-standard but well priced accommodation is a key part to that.
As a family we moved to Lyme Regis over 10 years ago and love the beautiful coastal town. Charlie (left) started Jurassic Properties back in 2020 and whilst also available for any questions he is now more in the background of the business, on the constant look out for new ventures
Our Experience
Knowing the area and the most special locations in Lyme Regis has helped us carefully select the ideal properties for guests to enjoy.
Over the years we’ve renovated numerous properties, from neglected Grade II listed buildings to more modern developments. We’re continuously improving our stays and looking for new ventures in Lyme Regis and surrounding areas.
The interiors of our properties are given an enormous amount of thought and care to ensure guests feel at home when they’re staying with us. The cleaning and changeovers is another aspect we feel requires an exceptional level of service, and have a local dedicated team to help us do this – they are brilliant!
