PAYMENT Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and your 25% deposit you have paid is non refundable but can be used as credit. You can reschedule your booking for a further 3 years, just contact us and we will help with changing dates of your holiday.
If the full balance of your holiday isn’t paid at the point of booking, your remaining balance is due to Jurassic Properties two months prior to check-in date. Please note that your booking dates are not fully secured until the full balance is paid. Jurassic Properties reserve the right to cancel your booking if there is an unreasonable delay in making payment of the remaining balance.
