Love Lyme Regis’s photos shows this property of Marine Parade in its element back in the 1950s and we’re renovating the gorund floor of this beautiful building. Just a few strides from the sea front, and having such a large garden area, we’re expecting this property to potentially be our best one yet.
Marine Parade will be able to sleep 4 people with ease offering a generously sized living area. The garden will be a key feature, being so close to the sea front. We are currently going through the relevant planning approvals and authorities to begin what will be a fantastic renovation.

The location of this property is fantastic! You would be situated on the western side of Marine Parade, close to some local favourites including The Harbour Inn and The Cobb Arms.
Marine Parade runs from Cobb Gate, below Bell Cliff at the town end, to the bonded warehouses at The Cobb, and is home to some of Lyme’s most interesting properties.
